JS Noor: What was the easiest part of working with Shah?

Nikunj: Shah communicates really well. He really helped me to understand the different characteristics of diamonds and I learned a lot. Also, it was easy to trust Shah because he never pressured or rushed me in making my decision. The service I got was amazing.

JS Noor: How do you know you got a good deal?

Nikunj: From researching diamonds on other sites and local jewelry stores in Maryland, I know what I got was a remarkable value! I was able to get a much bigger and higher quality stone than I would have gotten elsewhere. I knew I wanted a classic ring with a very nice center stone. We found a round stone that had way more brilliance and was bigger than anything I saw in stores.

JS Noor: How was the customer service and the process?

Charvee: The one thing that I can very comfortably comment on is the high quality of workmanship on the ring. One of my biggest concerns about wearing a diamond ring that most people don’t realize is that the bigger the diamond is, the higher it sits above your finger. I was SO impressed with how the ring was designed so that my center diamond, that is larger than 1.5 carats does not sit very high above my finger and that the prongs that hold the diamond are designed in such a way that at first glance it looks as if my diamond is floating above the ring. Many family members that have more experience regarding jewelry also commented on the high quality of workmanship and that we got an amazing deal on the piece itself! The engagement ring has incredible fire! My wedding band and engagement rings fit very well together. My family also got the rest of our jewelry for the wedding from JS Noor as well! I got lots of compliments on how unique each piece is and will be doing all my future jewelry shopping with them!

JS Noor: How easy was the diamond-buying process for you?

Conoon: As someone that knows nothing about diamonds, I came to Shah wanting to be educated before making any purchase. He not only helped me simplify the entire process, but he made it so that someone as clueless as me understood everything about the 4 C's by the end of the purchase. This helped me to shop the market and look for the best deal, but ultimately Shah was still better than anyone else I could find.

JS Noor: What did you like most about working with Shah?

Conoon: Communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. Those are the 3 things that immediately stand out to me. I can't remember a single communication mishap, and he was extremely prompt about replying messages and calls. It really comforted me knowing that if I ever needed something, it would be attended to as soon as possible. He gave me special attentiveness and made me feel my business was important.

JS Noor: What would make you go back to Shah again?

Conoon: His commitment to my satisfaction and the exceptional value he provides give me no other choice. Bottom line: I know that I will be taken care of if I choose Shah. I will not only go back to him, but I am looking forward to recommending him to my other guy friends!

JS Noor: What makes the ring special to you?

Suzy: I adore my ring simply because my fiance designed it specifically for me. It makes the whole engagement and gesture that much more special knowing that his personal touch went into creating something so elegantly beautiful... and so sparkly! To this day, I can't stop staring at it! I'm so happy Conoon worked with Shah to get the best possible ring for me that so accurately complements my personal aesthetics.

JS Noor: What makes you feel you got a great value?

Sean: First and foremost, the value in having Shah help guide me through the process of picking the perfect diamond and setting was literally priceless and I don’t know how I would have been able to do it alone. He was so attentive in all the minute details that I gave him and made sure that I got the most value for my money.

When I received the finished product, it was far beyond my best expectations and the cut and clarity were phenomenal. The attention to detail that Shah provides is second to none and he literally executed on everything we spoke about to the smallest detail. I have to say the best part of receiving the diamond was the retail appraisal that accompanied it. It was multiples of what I was charged by Shah and goes to show that he is all about building relationships, not just trying to swindle his clients for some additional income.

JS Noor: Were you able to do the special touches that you wanted?

Sean: My favorite part of the process was that Shah was able to put a personal touch on the ring so that my fiancé knew I didn’t just go to a random shop and pick something out. It let her know that I put time and effort into the process and that it was not only special to her, but special to myself as well. He was able to inscribe a phrase on the inside of the ring as well as add two additional rubies The finished product was truly unique to my fiancé and l.

JS Noor: What do you think of the rings?

Ellie: I'm obviously biased but it really is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, from the cut to the quality- the ring is simply immaculate. I really wanted something unique but elegant and this ring checked off all the boxes for me.

JS Noor: Were you able to make exactly the ring you envisioned?

Matt: I came to Shah with a very specific idea for an engagement ring I wanted to make with a marquise diamond in the center. I had an example but needed to work closely with Shah to figure out the exact dimensions for the ring I was looking to make. Shah researched diligently. He knew my timeline and did everything to make sure that I was completely at ease and confident that he would deliver. The design, setting and craftsmanship were beyond perfect; he made subtle improvements to my original design (with my ok) ... beyond my highest expectations!

JS Noor: Do you feel confident in your purchases?

Matt: I had total confidence from the initial call I had with Shah and throughout the entire process until I had the ring in hand, over a week before Shah had promised. I was so happy and confident with the purchase (and following appraisals) that I also worked with Shah on a unique wedding ring concept for my Wife. The final product blew me away...at a fraction of the price of the initial concept.

JS Noor: How was the customer service and the process?

Matt: Shah’s confidence, yet relaxed and assuring personality made the entire process enjoyable, something I never would have expected. I HIGHLY recommend him for any jewelry project! Don’t think twice, give him a ring and you won’t be disappointed!

JS Noor: What do you think of your rings?

Priya: I couldn't be happier with my rings! Even though I can't take any credit for the actual design of the rings, they are both stunning and so unique, exactly what I was looking for. I can't explain how many compliments I receive on them. My husband and I are so happy we picked Shah, the level of customer service and attention to detail cannot be matched! JS Noor truly takes pride in their work and they stand behind everything they do.

JS Noor: What stands out to you about making your rings?

Danny: My fiancée wanted a very unique and high quality ring. It was important to me that we got a great certified diamond, and Shah really helped to find a stone that had a lot sparkle and for significantly less then I would have paid at any retail store. For us, quality was very important. Shah knows a lot! Also, unlike retail stores, he never tried to force me to buy anything and was patient in the design process of the ring.

JS Noor: Do you feel you got a good value?

Danny: I'm really happy with not only the center diamond but the quality of the pieces. The side stones that were used were very nicely matched. There was a lot of attention to detail in the final product. Additionally, when buying I felt confident since the stone had certification and was laser-inscribed.

JS Noor: What do you think of your rings?

Dana: I am a very particular and picky person. I was very specific and set on how I wanted the rings to look and was not willing to compromise. Not only was the design itself important to me, but the execution and quality of the final product was equally high on the list. Shah helped us pick out an amazing center stone based on our specifications. He took the time to explain what was important and why, but ultimately allowed us to make the decision for ourselves.

I went with a classic round center diamond with a floating setting, and claw-prong set diamonds down the sides. Shah took extra care to pick out side diamonds that matched well with the center stone. When the rings finally arrived, I was blown away by how gorgeous they turned out. They look exactly like how I envisioned and I was impressed by the quality of the pieces (and trust me when I say I am not easily impressed). The rings sparkle like crazy and I couldn’t be happier!
